Our members come from a variety of drumming backgrounds in Drum & Bugle Corps, Marching Bands, Military Bands, Pipe Bands and other similar musical organizations. However, some of our members joined without any previous drumming experience. Our current members possess a high calibre of rudimental drumming proficiency resulting in CADRE as a whole, maintaining a high standard of rudimental drumming excellence. Our members teach and mentor each other, as well as our new members, while working diligently to continually improve the drumming proficiency of the overall ensemble.
Membership in CADRE is an excellent opportunity to develop drumming skills that you never thought possible. The time it takes to become a proficient rudimental drummer is fully dependent on your level of commitment. Many of our members have been in the ensemble for over ten years and continue to grow and develop their skills with each passing year.
